Wendy Taylor

Wendy Taylor graduated from Columbus State University in 1992 and began her teaching career in Georgia. She then moved to South Carolina in 1996, where she began teaching third grade in Richland One for several years before moving to Kindergarten.

Wendy has since obtained her Masters from Columbia College in Divergent Learning and has worked as a math consultant in the Title One Department for Richland One for seven years. She then returned to the classroom and taught kindergarten for five more years before retiring in 2022.

 

Wendy is happily married to Wayne Taylor who is retired from the military. They share two children, Zack who lives in Fresno, California, and Grayson who is a junior at Furman University. They also enjoy spending their time with their 2 dogs, Maggie and Beau.
