Kim Woods

Kim has a Bachelor's of Arts in English from the College of Charleston. She received her Masters in Education in 2006 from Southern Wesleyan University. She has been teaching Middle School English for 23 years. Six of those years have been in the Montessori middle program in Richland One.

Kim is certified by the state of South Carolina to teach fifth through twelfth grades, and her certification carries a gifted and talented endorsement. In addition, she is certified by the American Montessori Society to teach Level II Secondary Montessori education. Kim has experience teaching all levels of middle school ELA, English 1, 2, and 3.

When not teaching, Kim likes to read and spend time with her husband and their four year old daughter, Harvie.
