Jude Barrineau

In January of 2024, Jude Barrineau,, a lifelong educator, joined the Peace of Mind Educational Team.

Jude is a proud graduate of the University of Louisville with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Francis Marion University for her Master of Education with endorsements in Special Education, Gifted and Talented, and Visual Impairment. She brings 40 years of experience in education to Peace of Mind! Jude has taught Elementary and Middle School math in Richland School District One, Lexington School District Two, and St. Joseph’s Catholic School.  Ms. Jude received National Board Certifications in Middle Level Generalist in 2001 and 2013.

Ms. Jude also worked for Project Share in the Pee Dee region serving low-incident handicapped students; LD Self-Contained and Resource at BCHS and Saluda River Elem; 2nd gr BC Grammar, all in Lex 2.  Additionally she taught 4th grade at Meadowfield Elementary where she and Ms. Kristie originally met (along with Ms. Heather and Ms Kim B!), 6th grade Math and Pre-Algebra at Hand Middle School, 3rd-6th and Pre-Algebra at St Joseph's, adding up to 40 years in education!
